Candy Table - Favors

What candies did you include include in your candy table for favors? I want to have a candy station where ppl can put together their own assortment of candies they'll like to take home, but I'm not sure what items to buy? Also, where did you buy your bulk candy from?

Thanks ladies!!!

i am having a candy bar but it is from the hall. did you ask your rh if they do some kind of candy cart? also i think all the candy that you had when you were a kid are usually a hit. costco or bj's has huge bags of candy at reasonable prices. i am not sure how much time you have left but if you buy around halloween you can get candy really cheap.

First I just want to say this to you, steer clear of candy with (pea)Nuts because you never ever know who could have an allergy to it, and often nut allergies are very very serious.

We did this for our engagement party; we bought the candy at BJs but you could buy it from BJs/Costco, the food store, Target/Walmart/Kmart.

FH has a VERY serious peanut allergy, his throat starts to close with just smelling anything containing peanuts. We bought ring pops, tootsie rolls, gummy bears, swedish fish, air heads, m&ms (have to be careful with these, some peanut allergies are sensitive to these), lollypops, 3 musketeers, milky ways, mints, sour patch kids.....

You can also do some old school ones if you'd like at www.oldtimecandy.com - we're going to get some from there because I LOVE Now-n-Laters (FH gets them for me for Christmas usually) - you can find great stuff there. :)
