Candy/Caramel Apples??

Does anyone know where I can order these from, locally that is?

I saw Mrs. Pridibles on QVC...but I am afraid they won't have them in September.

TIA

September is prime time for caramel/candy apples and they should have plenty of them.

You may even be able to order them through your local supermarket. Speak to the produce manager and tell him you'll need x amount on x day (tell him early) and they should be able to get them.

What about the Jericho Cider Mill?

Also, this place: http://www.cidermillendicott.com/ is near FH's home in Binghamton. I had a candy apple from them last fall and it was amazing. Not sure if they ship, but it's worth looking into.

I bet there are others upstate that do as well.

Here's the link to the state Apple Growers Association:

you also want to keep your eye out for farmer's markets. since caramel apples are in season they should be pretty easy to find. worse comes to worse you can DIY pretty easily.
costco and BJ's have them in season as well!
