So 2 months ago a friend emailed me a pic of a dress I loved -it looks like a big cake. I recently found it at a store for $6300 (the designer only designs exclusively to this store) and decided I better look elsewhere for a different dress. On Saturday, I went to a store by my house & really really liked 2 dresses but could not decide between the 2 because they are both so different- one is form-fitting & a bit dramatic & the other one is sweet & traditional. I was basically going to take a few days & make a decision between the 2. Then last night I did a search on ebay & found that a someone was selling the first dress back in July for much much less (it is affordable now) & NO ONE bid on it. I emailed her and she said that it is new & never worn BUT, my mom HATES this dress & really likes both of the other 2. I have no idea what to do... All 3 dresses looked really good on & It's a hard decision for me to make. What are your first impressions of these dresses?
(the 2nd pic, the traditional dress has a v-top in the pic but the actual dress will be straight across.)

I love #3 because it looks like mine Honestly, I really do love #2 also, but it's just not ME. It's SO FUNNY that my 2 choices were between an Alvina Valenta like #2 and my Pronovias which looks like your #3. Some brides are more traditional and some are more edgy, which are you? Which of them suits you better - if they both look great then it comes down to your personality. I don't like 1, to much going on for me (but the silhouette is similar to #3)

I would have to agree. I couldn't wear a dress my mom hated. I know it's your day and really you should do what makes you happy. If you would be happy in #2 then that's what I recommend.

I love #3... just my opinion, but dress #1 is way too busy, it has way too much going on. Dress #2, I love the material on the top but the cut makes it look like lingerie to me. Dress #3 is gorgeous, if you have the type of body that can wear something that form fitting, i say go for it.

#1....i love that dress...its so beautiful and so different....but go with what your heart desires....youll make the best decision
Thank You girls! I knew that you would all be able to help me... I am leaning towards #2 - the traditional one with lace.... except my dress is strapless and goes straight across the top instead of that V-Dip in the front. If I go with that one, I might consider getting it altered to have a V -front b/c I think it makes the dress a little more flirty.

I like both the 1st and the 2nd. That is a difficult decision to make b/c they are both beautiful. I say pick the one that you feel most comfortable in.

I like number 1 and number 3 the most.
Number 1 is stunning! It screams couture and i just love it maybe because my dress is similar lol.
Number 3 i like because its really sexy and chic. Itll give your a body a nice hour glass figure and i love the trumpet style on the bottom!

I picked #2, it is beautiful! Number 1 was a close second, but it was a little too much for my taste. JMHO. The work on it was very pretty, I just prefer a more traditional look.

and i would not want to go w/ a dress that my mom did not like-- idk, just wouldn't do that so i think number two not only b/c it's SO beautiful but b/c your mom likes it too
I personally love the second dress - it's stunning. Ultimately, which dress you choose should be your decision. Your mother's opinion is important, but this is your day, and you should feel beautiful, comfortable and happy with the dress you pick. Good luck, and let us know what you decide!!
