Can't Decide on a Hall

Ladies,

You have all been so helpful... thank you to everyone for thier feedback. We have it narrowed down to 3 sites: Danford's, San Souci, and Willow Creek. We love the elegance of Willow Creek, the Inn and the town (of Port Jeff) at Danford's, and the layout of San Souci...

Any advice?

Re: Can't Decide on a Hall

Im getting married at Hamlet Willow Creek and blocked my hotel rooms at Danfords, that way my OOT guests can enjoy down Port...

i dont know anything about Sans Souci so I cant comment on that, but Hamlet Willow Creek and Danfords are two VERY different types of halls... what type of weddign are you going for?

Hamlet Willow Creek is beautiful! I assume you met Barbra? She is really cool and I can see any Bride having easy, fun, stress free relations with her! I wanted our reception there, but we really needed a lot more space our guest list grew from just under 200 to over 300!!! And I know we will have a high 'will attend' rate!! NOT happy about that by the way! Good luck! I would have loved to have planed our reception with Barbra!

Good luck!

I don't know anything about the other halls but I LOVE Danford's. We eat there from time to time and it's just beautiful. We've seen weddings there while walking in town and it's just such a quaint little place!

How many people will you be having at the wedding? We went to look at Sans Souci and it looked like a VERY tight squeeze for 175, as in it would be diffivult to get out of your seat because there is another chair right behind you.

We're planning on about 125-135 'yeses' so San Souci would be perfect, Danfords would be tight and HWC has a minimum of 150...
