I've seen this dress before on the wedding channel, but don't know who makes it or where I could get it.
Please be on the lookout for this descrption:
Wedding dress is strapless, dark grey pearls on the bodice, and bottom half is satin with chapel train. Also, it has the ability to become a skirt.
If anyone has seen it please let me know!

the girl with the monopoly theme wedding? It was just on an she had a convertible dress.

I love that show! but didnt see the monopoly themed wedding. I saw the dress on that show where the brides go to a wedding dress shop and are trying on dresses in front of their whole family. I forget the name of the show-but its not girl meets gown.
