I think that they girl who worked at the tea/spotted d1ck shop was named Missy.

When I lived in London, we used to crack up every time we passed the spotted d1ck on the shelf. Then I had the pleasure of tasting spotted d1ck (it was Aunt Bessy's Traditional Spotted D1ck) and it was delightful.
