oh i hope not! I had my wedding there and it was beautiful! I love their restaurant too. that would be a crime!

Hey - I was thinking about that place! I checked out your album to see pics of the reception, but most of them were really dark. If you have any others I would love to see them. You were very happy there?

I was told today that it was in the south bay magazine. She is bringing it in for me :(

Hopefully the prices will stay the same. I know this is silly, but hopefully everything will stay the same, except for maybe the name? I was worried that people seeing 'Captn bills' on the invitation AND for a Sunday wedding would lead them to think it was more casual. I know it is technically 'The Bayview House at Captain Bills' but I am not thrilled with the idea that it has the restaurant too. I just don't want people to think it is laid back...you know??

Yes we were extremely happy there. It is a beautiful place and extremely elegant. People have to just get past the name. You can put 'The Bayview House at Captain Bill's' on your invite if you want to to make it sound better. Ive heard of people doing that.

wow...my parents went there for dinner after they got married at town hall 26 years ago. i hope they don't change it!!
