car...

so my FH car was totaled this morning...thank god hes ok...but now we need to get another car...we were gonna go with a new car but just another added expense right now we dont want to deal with so thinkin of an 03/04 ....does anyone know anywhere good to look that they wont rip you off?? we got a flyer for baron automall in medford any feedback?

I just turned in my car (an 02 civic) about a month ago and FH bought me an 04 crv...we got a pretty good deal, but still had to pay a good amount of $$$. But I love Hondas.

I actually just purchased a used car about 2 weeks ago from Hyundia Millennium. It is in Hempstead on Front Street. (north of Hempstead Turnpike, just south of Stewart Ave in Garden City). They were all very friendly and I got an amazing deal. I actually found the deal on autotrader.com.

Did you try looking on craigslist? get something cheap and temporary and after the wedding get a 'real' something? (Just make sure you have it looked at by a mechanic before you buy it)

I purchased my truck in New Hampshire. They are just so much better to work with. They delivered my truck to the house free of charge. But, I had bought cars in the past from the Atlantic Auto Mall on Sunrise Hwy in West Islip...they are pretty good. Just get ready to negotiate. Good Luck! Glad FH is fine.

Most dealerships do certified pre-owned for the cars that come off lease. FH is selling his car, I'll FM you the website.

I used Steven's Toyota in Huntington. They were great! My dad talked them down from $20,000 to $16,000 for a one year old Toyota Celica-PS I still have the car 5 years later-not one problem.
