@ the wedding I was at, they had the card holder on the bride and groom table.. are we supposed to keep it there, or do we have a gift table?? just wondering

Honestly I would keep it as close to you or a trusted family member as possible! As horrible as it sounds Lots of money have been stolen from Weddings.

the past few weddings I have been to, the bride and groom ahve had their own money bag, like a satin bag, and as they talk to people, they ahve gotten their cards....when Iw as at my FSIL last year, Dan and I held it for her, until she had gotten them for everyone...

WOW, is it true that a lot of money has been stolen? I'm not sure what to use to keep the cards in....it is so sad that we have to be worried about such things!!
As far as where to put the box, I too have seen it on a separate gift table, but this table is usually right next to the bride and groom.
