CARD BOX

Attempting to make my own card box. Well actually my mom is very crafty, just wanted to know if you ladies knew where they sold the material for the card box. Not the material but the actually boxes?

Any 'shipping' store can sell you boxes in all sizes. I tried to use boxes I'd saved from shoes, shower gifts, ect. but I was looking to make a square shaped box. If you are looking for round boxes try craft stores like AC Moore and Michaels for 'hat boxes'

You can honestly use any shape box that you want. Since it will be covered w/ material or other items use a regular box from you might have around the house - like a shoe box or stop by a local liquor store..they always have different sizes. If not head over to Michael's or AC Moore and buy a shape you like.

We used any boxes I could find as you can see. Its all going to be covered with fabric anyway!

I bought the fabric from Joanns Craft. I used boxes that I had around the house

I got mine at ACMoore.The Joanns and michaels didnt have them by me.

They are called paper mache boxes.

You could also use any ol' boxes lying around the house, but the paper mache ones have the lids so I used them.

I got the boxes from Tuesday Morning! Or you can get them at Michaels! I bought the wrapping paper at Hallmark and everything else I needed at Ac Moore..It looks awesome!! I will take a picture and post it later!!!
