Card Holder Poll

What did you get (ex. bird cage, cake, bag) to hold your cards at the
reception AND
and where did you get it?

Yes the commack wedding center has money bags. The also have mailboxes to rent.

I am using a birdcage I got at Marshalls.

I also have the lillian vernon cake card box but I changed my mind about it.

I used a bag my mom made for me. She decorated it with some of the beading from my gown (the seamstress saved it for her from my alterations). I like the bag better than the others because people have to give you the cards, which means you will definitely get to see everyone. With the others, they could put them in the cake or box by themselves and you might not even get to see them.

I totally agree with this...thats why we are using a bag..its just more personal...

you don't need to carry the bag..I'm not..you can leave it tied to the back of your chair ...people will still need to walk up to you and hand the card to you..
