Carina Boutique???

I found the perfect BM dress for my girls, the exact color, and very simple and elegant. Well it's made by Priscilla of Boston, and there aren't very many stores that carry her BM dresses around me. I went to the Priscilla store in Roslyn, but I don't want to order from them bc their cost for alterations is ridiculous!!! $60 for a hem was an example the girl gave me!!

The only store that I see is this Carina Boutique in Whitestone. I'm very familiar with Whitestone, but I don't know this store and don't know anyone who has been there. I called and spoke to the girl, who was very friendly and accomodating. She said she could work on the price for me and alterations are included. Just wanted to know if anyone knows anything about this shop???

it's not far from my house but I know it's a new store in Whitestone, not sure how reliable they are, it seems like the type of store that makes up whatever price they want. I would go there just to take a look and get an idea.

I know there is a bridal store in flushing on Northern Blvd. and 190something street that makes any dress you want as long as you bring a picture. My aunt had a gorgeous dress made there and they only charges her like $250 with everything included.
