Is this a new hall? I keep seeing it when i look at the carlyle on the green . Just curious to know since i have only heard of it recently..
yeah I think it is. when I called carlyle on the green I didn't have enough people they said to call that one it was new or maybe it was just under construction? something like that. they had the same minimum so I don't know why they even said that. I don't even think they had pictures from weddings only sweet 16s.
someone was talking about it tonight at my florist appt. i think it's next to the four point sheraton on the LIE in plainview... looked like an old move theatre..

I pass it twice every day but I don't think I would hold a wedding there. They call it 'at the Palace' because it's the Race Palace where all the OTB races are shown. There are millions of tv screens and people just sit there and gamble. I've never seen it inside though, so maybe I shouldn't pass judgement on the place.
