Carlyle Brides - dinner menu options?

Just wondering what you girls were choosing for the main entree?
In particular, what fish selection?

We had the Red Snapper.. which is what I ate- it was DELISH.

I hate Salmon- totally overused- it's everywhere...

Chilean SeaBass is practically extinct- and over fished- so I didn't want it for ethical reasons....

I agree with you 100% on the salmon and didn't want to serve it for that reason. But my we ate there a few nights ago and it was delicious. My fear is that not enough people will know what red snapper is and will be afraid to order b/c they've never had it before.

What sauce did you get it in (they told me i could mix and match sauces)?

P.S. - I will be having red snapper for myself no matter what....

I forget what type of sauce it was.. it was some type of chopped tomato sauce w. capers in it over rice or risotto I think.

It was very good.

People who eat salmon (which is a very fishy- fish) will eat Snapper- which isn't as fishy IMO.. most people eat the chicken (I had the Marsala Napoleon) or the Beef (I had the Chateau Briand) anyway
