are you guys doing the duet course or are you having them seperate it into two appetizers,,,
if you are not doing duet course- what are you planning on serving??
i feel like i want to offer my guests as much variety as possible and don't want the one course before the main dinner..... that's just me prob. b/c i come from an italian family where the food is sooooo important!

I'm Italian too and we had the duet course b/c the cocktail hour is over-the-top amounts of food.. and I had a pasta station there- so i didn't want to serve MORE pasta after having pasta at the cocktail hour.
No one even MISSED the appetizer and it actually gave my guests more time to dance and socialize.

italian here too! i think we are going to do the duet to save time. i'd rather have people out on the dance floor then having more breaks but that is just my opinion. it might change when we look at the selections again.

I was not aware that Carlyle offered any other option.
Believe me the CH is just too much food, your guests will not miss a thing.

Re: Carlyle Brides Menu Question
My mom would not give up on the pasta course. When I asked about it they said that they could add one. So we're having the Crab cake duet course and then a pasta course.
