We are currently discussing the Carlyle on the Green. We might sign the contract this week if everything goes ok.. any past or current Carlyle brides that can give me any feedback ..positive or negative?? Thanks!!

I am having my wedding at the Carlyle in October. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE them, so nice.
I will give you a warning though: We had originally held 9/23/06 there for my wedding. When I called them and told them I was ready to 'move to contract' someone else sold the date as couple came in one day and put a deposit down in cash. Make sure, if you are going to wait on a contract that they hold the space for you, bc in all fairness they may not.

thats weird.. when we left i told them to keep march 28th open.. and i told her again right before i left (didnt think she could remember) but i did see her pencil it in in the back and she told me i had till Wed.. which is fine.. i heard about everyone talking about Gary and how nice he is.. we are dealing with Cynthia she is also very nice so far and has some great ideas too..anyway how has your process been otherwise with them??
