I have never really been into flowers, but since Im going to start meeting with florists soon, Ive been googling a bit.
I find myself obsessed with carnations when they're packed tight together into balls/arrangements.
Has anyone/is anyone using carnations? I never really thought of them as a wedding flower, but I can't get them out of my head!

Re: carnations?
I am going to use them, just like you described. They have a lousy reputation, but they look so cool bunched together and they are hardy and cheap. Have you ever seen the covered globes? Amazing!

Re: carnations?
my FSIL made CP for her E-party using carnations. She even used fake ones and they came out really nice. They were packed tightly into a round ball and sat on a vase with crystals and snow inside. They looked really nice

Re: carnations?
I was told carnations used to be a cheap filler flower but they've gained a lot more popularity and have gotten more pricey.

Re: carnations?
I'm using them as my main flower and I LOVE them! The girls will have clusters of them for their bouquets. As will my bouquet have them with some other flowers.
