RC....love them hands down. They seem to offer a lot more and their ships are so large, you don't feel like you 'did' the whole ship in a couple of hours. Been on both and FH and I both prefer RC.

RC...great food, great service, Broadway caliber entertainment and gorgeous ships!!!! I asked a few ppl for their opinions before I chose a cruise line and ppl who said they traveled both recommended RC

havent been on either but I've been doing research on both since we plan on doing a cruise in the near future. FWIW, i saw that prices for the 3 day Bahamas leaving out of Miami for Carnival and Royal Caribbean are pretty much the same - so I dont think RC is *that* much more expensive.
.Also from what I've read RC seems to have more stuff to do/see on their ships..and def agree w/ the Carnival cleanliness/partylike atmosphere..my friend did both and he prefers RC...said Carnival was clean but def staffers weren't running around every 2 hrs cleaning up after the messes people would leave behind like RC seemed to do..but thats just what he told me..he could be wrong!
