We definitely want to go to the Carribean. We're looking to spend around 4k (but are somewhat flexible). I want a beautiful beach to lay on, good food, and an all-inclusive hotel. FH is fine with this, and wants to be active: snorkeling, jet skis, swimming with dolphins, hiking...
I've been to Jamaica and the Bahamas already, so I'd prefer someplace else.
Suggestions? TIA!

I've been on a cruise there and St. Thomas was the most beautiful and friendly of them. The beach we went to was clean and so relaxing. I just don't know exactly how their hotels are... I've heard many wonderful things though about St. Lucia; my aunt went there for her HM, stayed at the Sandals and loved it. HTH

How about a cruise??? Its not too expensive and there are some that leave out of New York so you'd save on airfare as well (though I'm not sure when they start).
My sister did Carnival Eastern Carribean and you get everything you wanted. They had a blast!

We booked Sandals Antigua. It's a little smaller than Sandals St.Lucia (there are 3 on the island) and the airfare is lower because it is a little closer to the US.
Aruba is also nice, it is out of the hurricane belt so you don't have to worry about that. Can be a bit pricy, but shop around for some deals. A lot of great restaurants, so it's not necessary to do AI. You'll want to book something on Palm Beach, it is nicer than Eagle Beach.
bermuda is supposed to be beautiful, but there is only one all inclusive and it is not beach front. bermuda can be very expensive! :(

Turks and Caicos has a beaches resort and a club med- both are all inclusive, but from what i have read when I looked into them, they may not be the best for a honeymoon. Beaches is family oriented and the club med is geared towards singles. But they both look awesome and the beaches on the islands are supposed to be amazing!!! I want to go on vacation now!!!

I would recommend St. Lucia -- absolutely gorgeous!!!! Or, St. Thomas. Both are beautiful.
