Sometimes we get catered lunch at my office, and this one restaurant brings these roasted carrots. Theyr'e so good! Maybe there on brown sugar? Syrup? I have no idea! Does anyone have a recipe for roasted carrots??

I made carrots the other night from the food network - they were a Tyler Florence recipe for candied carrots, I believe. They had orange zest and juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, cumin and butter over them. So yummy!

You should ask your BMs to do this for your shower then. They're doing it for mine.
FH got me one a few years ago from Williams - Sonoma. It is wood, but accomplishes the same purpose. I couldn't live without it!
