Sometimes we get catered lunch at my office, and this one restaurant brings these roasted carrots. Theyr'e so good! Maybe there on brown sugar? Syrup? I have no idea! Does anyone have a recipe for roasted carrots??

raw carrots make me barf, i just cant eat them. for some reason, they get stuck in my throat

raw carrots baking pan.. Brown sugar and a little honey and maple syrup

i make them with butter and brown sugar- they also are in the frozen food section already made- you just have to nuke them

carrots naturally get sweet when you bake them. I love roasted carrots. my mom always makes them with pot roasts or other meat things (i don't eat meat, so I'm not sure what exactly it is) But I always steal the carrots and they are so sweet!
