What would you choose for a carving station? I'm allowed 2 meats. I'm definitely going to have sirloin..but I'm not sure what I should pair it with. TIA!!

I would go with the lamb or roast pork loin.

I love the idea of lmb but I might for turkey because some people don't eat red meat and only eat poultry

I say sirloin and pork, evertyone always has turkey or ham.

I don't care for lamb and while a lot of people love it, a lot of people don't!

I love a nice ham (I voted for it), but the loin of pork sounds nice too!

Some people don't eat meat (lamb, etc), but will eat chicken or turkey so I think the turkey would be a good option.

i picked lamb because i love lamb.

however, you should look at the rest of the items at your CH & at your dinner & choose a good mixture.
