Catered Lunch Near Hyatt Wind Watch in Hauppauge?

So it just occurred to me that I need to have lunch brought in for my BMs and mother while we are getting ready on Sunday at the Hyatt Wind Watch in Hauppauge. Anyone know of any places in the area where I can have lunch catered and brought to the hotel? A nice deli or something?

Thanks!
