caterer help- need sandwiches for BM luncheon!

We are ordering the BM dresses at the end of December and afterwards, everyone is coming back to my mom's house for an informal luncheon. I was planning on using Eatzi's in Westbury and ordering trays of sandwiches, good cheeses and breads and wine but I just found out that they closed down.

Can anyone recommend a good but inexpensive place that makes sandwiches, salads and the like? I am planning this from DC and am not sure where to go. I want something a little fancier than the local deli.

My mom lives in Franklin Square so places in Nassau County would be preferred! I am looking into Kitchen Kabaret on Glen Cove Road but would like other suggestions. THANKS!

I just got their menu and the prices look reasonable.
I had their food at a party this weekend and it was really good (as leftovers too )
