Re: Caterers?
I'm looking for a caterer also. I haven't spoken to any yet (it took me forever to find a hall) but I'm going to make appointments with Family Caterers in Bohemia and The Garage Deli (I get lunch there all the time and the food is good).
I'll let you know if I find anything good.

Re: Caterers?
Not sure who they use but at my E-party at Knights of Columbus my family and friends were raving about the food. The only thing left was a couple of pieces of bread and butter. LOL The caterers are apparently somewhere on Jericho Turnpike in Mineola. Good luck with wherever you chose.

Surly. Also a little bit of advice: Whatever you plan on having make sure everything is listed and broken down. For instance K.O.C. was supposed to provide beer, soda, and wine with the pp price. Turns out the night before my e-party they had a huge 40 anniversary or B-day whatever. They drank ALL the RED wine. So instead of bartender going and getting some prior to the party or notifying FH and I prior to the celebration we found out when my Dad came over to tell us he could now be the designated driver. When I spoke to K.O.C. the following day they said they did provide wine....white. Nevertheless, the party and night were fantastic.

Re: Caterers?
Yeah I added that as a tip for your hall. I found this out with K.O.C.'s bar and I don't want anyone else to go through this with any place they book be it for their e-party, bridal shower, rehersal dinner, or wedding RH.
