caterer's contract

hi,
There is a clause in my contract with Lovin Oven that says that they are not responsible for Labor Unrest. Isn't Labor their responsibility? I am asking them to take it out of the contract. Do you think they will? Have any of you seen this? Let me know.

I would have an attorney look at it. Maybe it means labor for deliveries of food or liquor if there was say a strike in the industry? Not the waiters. ?????
