Caterers: Thoughts? Opinions?

Looking to potentially do a clambake/BBQ for our rehearsal dinner. I've been looking at a few caterers. Let me know what you think of:

Twin Fork Catering
BT Caterers
Iavarone Brothers (IB Foods)

If you have any other suggestions of great caterers out East (Northfork area) let me know!!

NEver had clams or bbq from Ivaronne's but FH's family is obsessed wtih them and everythign else I've ever had has been amazing.

Great! I've heard v. good things about their food and they have a fantastic package called 'The Big Night Out' which includes a seafood barge... YUM

i third iavorone! they are amazing, and my family has been going to them forever since they were in queens.

my friend had a great caterer but in the city; don't think they do LI and they seemed pricey.
