Catering for my RD - help a Brooklyn girl out!

I think I am going to have my rehearsal dinner in the backyard of the house my parents are renting for the week of the wedding.

I would like to do a big, hearty spread - probably Italian and some BBQ.

Has anyone ever been at an event that used Sebastianos Catering - located out of Farmingdale?

OR

The Mixing Bowl Eatery - located out of Bellmore?

OR

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good Italian caterer?

I can't help you with any of the above, but when I was looking for caterers that were affordable and professional I found this Chez Vous Caterers I corresponded with the owner/chef David via email and he seemed very flexible and knowledgeable. They are in Staten Island and do lots of wedding in the city (I guess when Manhattan weddings get too expensive, they call on a Staten Island caterer to provide quality food).
