Catering Halls- eat at your own risk

Just saw the CBS 2 special and only 3 halls of those checked by CBS have no violations:

Coral House
Marriott Marquis - Manhattan
Bridgewaters - Manhattan

Halls with violations including mouse droppings:
Terrace on the Park - Queens
Astoria World Manor - Queens
Villa Barone - Bronx

If you are using one of these halls, be sure to ask for the most recent inspection before your event.

Thanks for the info....I'm sure this will help a lot of us looking to book who haven't done so yet. Ughh...sorta scary that places would have mice droppings...blech!! But any thing is possible!!

I watched that report last night too and was surprised at Terrace on the Park.

The newscast reported though that the places with the violations passed their most recent inspections.

oh well, at least my wedding venue isn't on the bad list!!

I recently went to Villa Barone for a sweet sixteen party. I knew the food tasted funny!.....

I have to say that everything was really nice.
