CATERING help, please! I'm sort of clueless!

Hello all!
So, we are 90 percent sure we want to go with Martha Clara, but we need to know if we can afford it.
We need a caterer that has a licquor license, who can do food and drinks for LESS than 60 dollars a person.
We are looking for a delicious buffet (including appetizers) and the ability to serve some vodka and scotch in addition to beer and wine.
Any ideas are GREATLY APPRECIATED.

They don't have a website, he's the caterer for the Hibernian Hall in Babylon. I took dance lessons at the hall for YEARS and have known Billy. He catered my graduation party back in 2002 and recently my Engagement party (2/28/09). He totally hooked us up.
Because I know him he threw in an extra dish or two.
All in all prices range from $12-40/pp Depending on what you want.
He uses Black Forest Backeries in Lindenhurst for the cake, which was the BEST we've ever had!

He is very laid back and has many different catering options.
