Catering Payment Schedule?
I booked an off-premise caterer for our wedding. Is it normal for a caterer to ask for the entire balance 1 month BEFORE the wedding?

Mine wants the final balance which will only be 3K I believe 2 weeks before the wedding by 5pm.

One month seems like a lot of time. Ours was paid off two days before our wedding. Did you ask them why they need the payment so soon?
