Catering question

I am having a surprise 50th birthday for my parents in 2 weeks. I need to find a place out in Suffolk that isnt too expensive, to order a hero with the salads and possibly 2 hot trays. We are making baked ziti and meatballs already. We are on a tight budget. Any help would be greatly appreciated.. I live in Patchogue if that helps..

Yeah, definitely supermarket catering is great! They don't mark up as much. I know Costco you can get some catering dishes. Also, Whole Foods and Stop & Shop.

Ok so I called around and Pathmark seems to be the cheapest. A 6ft hero is 65.94, and it comes with 1/2 pound of the salds per foot. But Handy pantry is $71.64 and comes with 1lb of the salads.... IDK what to do now?? Is it better to pay more so I get more salads???

Thank you. We didnt excpect 80 people to be attending, so its becoming over whelming. LOL Iam getting two 6 foot heroes, Making 2 trays of baked Ziti and meatballs. And I will order another hot plate. Like CHicken Francais or Sausage and peppers. I hope to god that is enough!! LOL
I will also be having pigs in a blanket handed out, A vegetable platter and Cheese and crackers. And popcorn, potato chips and pretzels on each table! Well now i have to order a keg and get the wine. Boy oh boy I hope this party goes over good in two weeks.
