Catering Recommendations

So my shower will not be a surprise. My mom is letting me have some input with it. I just want to make sure we have GOOD FOOD! It will be catered and we will be hiring servers to 'cook', serve and clean up. The problem is where do I want the food catered from? Can anyone recommend good catering from the central Suffolk area? I don't want the standard Italian. TIA
