Catholic Brides doing a full mass -- communion song?

What song/hymn are you using for Communion? I can only think of one that I really like right now and I can't even remember the name of it.... I can only hum it... help me out! What are you using?

We used One Bread, One Body for the Communion Hymn and then Panis Angelicus for the Meditation.

Okay... so then what are you all using for the Presentation of the Gifts... I was planning to use Ave Maria for that part...

Oops, sorry, I gave you wrong info. We're using Ave Maria for presentation of the gifts, and something called 'You are Mine' for communion.

I am not having a full mass but my favorite communion song is Take, Lord and Receive all the love I have. I think that's how it goes. I can hear it in my head but that won't help you
