question about the music you are choosing....i am dropping off my music sheet to the church tomorrow, and can you guys tell me what you are doing for everything? also, when does the unity canlde lighting come in??
so far i have - - processional - canon in D for BM's and trumpet volntary for me - recessional - trumpet tune - unity candle - ave maria....(i think)

I made my music director/organist pick the music for everything except unity candle lighting and communion. Unity Candle Lighting - Ave Maria We will light it after we exchange our vows and rings Communion - Here I am Lord

my church gave me a list of choices... we are using canon in D and the bridal chorus as processionals... responsorial: i have loved you candle: grow old along with me offertory: the greatest gift communion: ave maria and the wedding song (there is love)

see mine gave choices too but things like ave maria aren't even on there.... i called my music guy at the church and he told me to write in what i want, and he will do it. thats why i am not sure what to pick!

Communion - Here I am Lord
That's FH's favorite hymn. He told the priest and i he wants that for communion. I was floored! He's not really a church goer and for him to come out and say that I almost passed out in front of the priest!

It is a beautiful communion hymn. It is my aunt's favorite too so that is one reason why I decided to use it.

I like it too, I was just surprsied that he popped that out of his mouth. I shouldn't be b/c he went to catholic school all his life but as an adult he doesn't see the inside of a church that often. Oh well, good pick!
