Catholic Brides: What forms do you need?

Morning Ladies,


We are having a DW in Ireland- just spoke to the Priest and he said I have to go to my Priest here and fill out some forms. I am wondering if any of you had to fill out:


1- Letter of Freedom

2- Pre-nuptial Enquiry Form

TIA Ladies

The letter of freedom is a simple letter your parish preist will fill out/write to state that neither one of you has ever been married in the church before.

As far as the other form...sorry, don't know anything about it.
