Catholic Brides - What readings for ceremony??

Hey Girls - Is there a web site where I can look up popular readings for Catholic wedding ceremonies?? We are not doing a full mass with communion, only the ceremony. If you could refer me to a place where I can find this (other than the Bible I'd appreciate it. Thanks!!

We also got the book and chose Stern as Death is Love - if you google that you should be able to find it, and 1 Corinthians - this one's very popular (love is patient, love is kind, etc.). Good luck!

Re: Catholic Brides - What readings for ceremony??

Yup, Together for Life is what we got too. I'm using Corinthians from that book for our new testement reading, and one that's not in that book for our old testement; it's the song of Ruth, from the book of Ruth. VERY beautiful! Actually, my Mother suggested it, and it's my favoriate reading. You should check it out. If you google 'Bible Readings from the book of Ruth', you'll find it. It's Ruth 1:16-1:17. Good luck! I'm sure whatever you pick will be beautiful!!

Re: Catholic Brides - What readings for ceremony??

You should have received the book at Pre Cana.

Call your church rectory. They should be able to send you a copy.
