Catholic Outdoor Wedding?

FH and I are both Catholics, but we both are really set on having an outdoor wedding near the beach. Does anyone know of a Catholic officiant who will do weddings outside of the Church?

We got married outside at Flowerfield by Father Andrvej from St. Rose of Lima in Massapequa.
