you pick all of the above AND the gospel. you also can create your own petitions for the prayer of the faithful.

Also, just wanted to add that some of the sites and readings that have been posted as suggestions are not mandatory. you can pick anything you want. DH and I picked out our favorite readings from growing up, readings that had a message that meant a lot to us, etc. only one mentioned 'love' specifically. as long as one is from the old testament, one from the new, and one from the 4 gospels, they can be anything you want!
