Cayman Islands honeymoon!

We just booked our honeymoon on Grand Cayman (6days) and Cayman Brac (4days). Does anyone have any suggestions of eating places, should we rent a car or just taxi around? Or anything : ). We are going diving, stingray city (although my FI is a bit reluctant to do that, my little chicken) and hell. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
