Dh and I are thinking about the Caymen Islands in Feb, can anyone recommend a hotel? If they have an all inclusive it would be great? How was the food, beach, people, is it nice off the resorts?? please any info would be great.

Cayman is beautiful but they were severely hit by hurricanes the past few years. I would check with a travel agent first!
