so my husband called CB to let them know we wanted our money back and he kind of lied on the reason why.. i guess he didnt expect them to ask him why... (silly him)
and apparently they read through this and saw what i have written on them... and to make the story CLEAR, CB is an amazing and beautiful place just not my style.. i perfer a smaller more personal venue.. it is very easy to fall in love with it as we did BUT again its not my PERSONAL style I am sure whoever is booked here will have an AMAZING wedding...
CB if you're reading this I am sorry and please do not take it personal.. MY hub loves ur place... I am the picky one and want to be the only bride at my venue..

Aww I am sorry to hear that you are in that sticky situation. I know how you must feel bc I found myself in a similar situation at one time. Don't worry though everything will work itself out in the end.
One vendor I spoke with made a valid point when I brought up LIW which opened my eyes to the problem that arises concerning LIW. It is a blessing but it can also cause a controversy. Although it is understandable that we are girls who love to share our feelings and thoughts about something we're all very excited about - our wedding - we should all keep in mind that ANYONE (vendors, friends, family members, etc.) can read this and we should be very thoughtful and careful about what we say and when we say it. Most of us mean no harm in anyway but to avoid 'sticky' situations - type carefully ladies!

every Vendor is designed for everyone and no vendor is BAD we just all have diff opinions and prefrences...

Hmn... I guess they can look at our profiles too... if they can see what we say and then figure out our wedding date/names... interesting. I knew it was public and everything, but I never actually considered that they would track you down like that. I mean... they had to know exactly who you were to say something, right?
In the end, lesson learned. CB is beautiful and if it weren't for the fact I almost cried thinking of getting married anywehre but FH, I would've booked them. They have the floor that brings you up into the room and the Da Vinci room has uplighting.. and the outside oasis is just to die for! It's not for everyone though. At least you decided that now rather than later.

yes i guess they can see our PF i really dont know how they do it but they DO.. that was the room we were going to have our reception in and honestly speaking we have not see an entrance nor an outdoor that compares to theirs yet... even their indoor CR with the wrap around bar beautiful...
But not for me...

unfort. its open to everyone. h ow many times do girls say I have been stalking for weeks and finally decided to join. this means you can view EVERYTHING including profiles, pictures and posts.
dont really know the whole back story but i agree that its a big stalker of them to come on here and make an issue of it.
and you shouldnt feel bad about wanting to change your venue!
