CB Pictures Please

Hi ladies!

I am getting married September 5, 2009 @ The Chateau Briand. I have a few quick questions:..........

Is anyone staying at the Holiday Inn right next door the night before? Considering it is so close, are you going to walk next door to the CB?! A limo/car seems silly ( 2 second ride) ...........


Can any past brides provide pics of their cake? I am dying to see what the 6 free cake options look like. ( I prefer the look of fondant and will likely have to pay for an upgrade)...........


When do we rehearse? I believe I was told the day of , but If I don't want to see my FH before hand what do I do? The same goes for pics before hand? are cocktail hour pics an option at the CB?

Here are some pictures of my cake. I know that CB uses Erga Bakery in Bethpage if that also helps you.

Your welcome, the cake was delicious!

I'm planning on staying at the holiday inn next door. I'll prob go one day this week to look at the hotel. When i called HD they told me a 10 room block would be $158. no obligation to meet the 10 rms. They just release the rooms if not booked 5 wks before the wedding.

CB also told me rehursal is the day of. They seem pretty flexible just call and see i theres a time during the week that u can rehurse. I'm going to use their cake, i dont want to pay extra if i dont have to.

Your photo will take your pics during cocktail hour and prob during salad. Thats what we were told anyway.
