Re: CD favors...
Hi, my cousin just did that for her wedding, they got regular Cd's and put their picture on it, they actually made 2 Cd's and wrapped them up in a piece of lace or satin with a bow and also put a small candle and holder in them, think they got the candles at michaels, they say,' wedding day 'on them. it was cute because every time I listen to it I think of them. Good Luck

Re: CD favors...
We made our own CD's. We bought Fuji CD's that were on sale and that we also got a rebate for. I bought regular sized CD cases. I also bought a CD lable maker.
I made my own cover and backs using word. I scanned in a wallet size of our engagement picture for the front of the case and put our names and wedding date, plus a saying from our invitation. On the inside of our cover was our wedding song with all the words. I brought that to Kinko's and had 100 of them run off on rose paper. And then all I had to do was cut them, fold them and put them in the cases. The back of the CD's had all the songs on the CD and a poem from us. The CD lables I made with the lable maker (which cost $10, plus lables another $10 or so) and just printed them out at home a little at a time.
Total cost for the everything, including paper and copying was probably around $200 (which isn't bad for 100 CD's). But it was very time consuming to out them all together.

I was curious as where you bought the cases b/c all the cases I have seen for sale all had solid black backs...you couldn't put anything on back......I really think I might want to do this too

jmo
this is the cheapest project for a favor... we were orginally using slim cases (small cases that just have a front) but now we are making a double dvd case. It contains dvd and cd. i'm sure we will warp them. if anybody needs helping making, designing, the whole process... FM
