I think some pearls always looks nice and soft with the celadon.
A lot of people are not fan of the pearls nowadays though...so I think any silver and diamond(or zirconia of course) ensemble would be very pretty and complementing.

My girls are in a sage like color and I got them Swarovski Crystal necklaces.
