cell phone

is anyone else getting random calls on their cell phones from numbers u dont recognize early in the mornings?
when i go to look up the numbers, they dont come up b/c they're cell phones..
and today i got 4 calls in the span of 5 minutes from another number and the person left a message the 2nd time they called- it was a man speaking a foreign language....

thanks for letting me vent...

Every once and a while- I get this lady who is speaking a different language on my cell phone. I dont pick up my cell phone when it says 'unknown caller'- or if I dont recognize the number. this lady always leaves me a message! Its so annoying!
