My FH is from Scotland. We are getting married here on Long Island. He will be in a kilt. I am looking for a dress with a celtic or medieval look. Anyone know of any shops on Long Island that may carry something like this?
Would you be willing to get your dress custom made? My seamstress, who is only doing alterations for me, makes dresses out of her home, she's in Astoria (www.yngvesdotter.com). I've seen her stuff, and she is really good. I have no idea of her price range though.
Thanks Nina...not sure, money is a big issue with us since we are paying for everything. It is the Second wedding for us both.
I tryed on a dress that to me was kinda or medival looking, they dont have many dresses there.
