Centereach Bridal Suite

Has anyone ever gone there for dress shopping or gotten their dress there? Please post your experience - good or bad.

My sister got her dress from there and she loved them. But when she picked up her dress, they had lost her slip, then when they got the dress home and inspected it, you could see there was a hole in her train that they patched up that was NOT there at her final fitting. She was VERY upset and my mother in the midst of doing something about it.

My BM's got fitted there and there were no complaints. My sister who is in another wedding got fitted there and also had no problems.

I thought they were extremely helpful

I got my prom dress there and even though it was a prom dress, I went for several fittings and they were super nice and did a great job.

i got my dress there, and just had my first fitting.

I got my dress there and it came in right away. I go for my first fitting in August. I also got my prom dress there, way back when and had no complaints either.

I've gotten BM dresses for weddings I've been in twice before...service was fine...nothing exceptional.

My BM's are currently ordering their gowns for my wedding through them. The service, I find, is just okay. Nothing exceptional about them to note.
Never had anything come in late or anything (cross fingers).
I ordered my gown from Bayshore Bridal Suite.

I got my gown from Kleinfelds, but my girls and mom got there gowns from them. The service has been wonderful, everything came in early, and when the girls went to pick up the stuff this weekend they had a great experience there and said everyone was super nice and easy to work with.

I bought my dress from there. I ordered it last October and its already in. What service. I dealt w/ a lady named Beverly, she was the nicest person ever. So far no major complaints. My friend also bought her dress there and had no problems.

I got my prom dress there...but that was 12 yrs ago...so Im guessing that the staff is different...but everything was good...no bad experiences that i remember

my sister got hers there and i got mine there. they were nice, but i had problems when they were doing my fittings. they took my dress in three sizes, but they took it in the chest and not the waist, when it was supposed to be teh other way around. so the day beforemy wedding i had to go out there and pick it up and pray it was right.

i dont have much good to say about them. My sisters wedding 2 yrs ago the entire bridal bridal had problems. The people there were not helpful and rude.

I have had a good experience with them!

I ordered my BM dresses there and my moms dress there and my dress there. My sister and I have had 1 fitting and the woman was so sweet! our second fitting is next week.

Plus +
I bought one of their sample veils and didnt check it thoroughly (dont ask me why) and when I came back to get fitted I tried it on and realized there were holes. Without a receipt or anything they are replacing it with a brand new one!

I bought a sample gown and it was originally $2300 new and they gave it to me for $1600. Theres nothing wrong with it. noone would know it wasnt brand new.

Negative -
When we ordered my moms dress they knew my wedding wasnt until July and my moms dress wont come in until July. We would have picked another one if we knew that!

I specifically asked them to ship a dress from the manufacturer to my BM in Florida. I was told thered be no problem. Then it came into the store here and I had to pay to have it sent to Florida.

I have nothing but good things to say about everyone in that store. Deloris helped me with my dress! She looked at me, said I know what would look beautiful on you, I tried the dress on and it was a done deal!! Made dress shopping (which I was kind of dreading) so much easier!!!

Thanks everyone!!! I actually purchased my dress there this weekend w/o doing much research on the place and now I wanted to get reviews!! I have had a good experience so far and hopefully will until the very end!!
