Centerpiece Help

Does anyone have any good ideas for centerpieces for an engagement party? I don't want to spend a lot of money on them. I just want something elegant and simple.

Candles are cheap and elegant. Just make sure that wherever you're having your party allows candle centerpieces (some places deem it a fire hazard) and that they're unscented.

u can get flowers from a supermarket/sams club/costco etc, for great prices and cut the stems really short and make really cute small full centerpieces in low vases...that u get cheap from wal mart...

For my E-Party CP, I bought 8' vases from walmart for a $1 ea. put clear rocks, added water and floating candles on top w/a mirror for the base.

They were a huge hit, my guests were fighting over them at the end of the night.

Oops, I also added fake petals to go around the bottem of the CP. I believe I bought the rocks and mirrors at michaels and the petals at the dollar store.

If you have any questions, FM me.

candles/silk flower petals is definitely the most inexpensive route to take.

My FMIL is throwing us an engagement party and bought those prearranged silk floral arrangements from Michaels with coupons she collected. They are plastic pumpkins filled with fall colored flowers! If you are not having too many tables, something like this is a good idea.

You could even go to like Walgreens and look in the seasonal section and find something that would be cute for that time of year for not too much money!

You can get those shallow bowls from Michaels and put water and those floating candles in them and maybe pretty rocks at the bottom. They look really nice.
