centerpiece help! come look at pic need advice again
see the centerpieces on the tables?? the hall will let me use them for free if I want. they are fake and obviously people cant take them home. My FH dosent like the idea.. but it will save 2,000. I need your honest opinions
It's hard to see, but do you want fake flowers as your centerpieces?

have you seen them in person? Just make sure they don't look like they're reused over and over. If I were a guest, I wouldn't care.

$42,000??? What kind of flowers were you looking at! LOL
I think this is really a decision between you and your FH. I see nothing wrong with 'fake' flowers - what if you or some of your guests were deathly allergic to real flowers. Would you sacrifice your health for conformity? Probably not, so I wouldn't sacrifice your budget for conformity either. JMO.

If you wanted to save money on big centerpieces and were happy with the way fake flowers looked, you could always throw rose petals on the table to add something real and the smell of fresh flowers. You could also do two little vases of flowers on the table and give them away if you want.

in the picture they look fine, but have you seen them in person? I remember going there and wasnt too impressed with the low fake centerpiece they had on the table, although maybe that was an old one... if you use them id say maybe to put a votive cup on each side of it(michaels has them cheap).. possibly scatter rosepetals on the table too..
ps... i love the room your having it in

what were you getting for centerpieces that were 2K???? I would use them for sure - but I dont know how flexible your budget is.
As others have said, check them out in person to make sure they arent raggy looking.

I would use the centerpieces they provide, if of course, they are in good condition. As far as your guests not being able to take them home, thats what favors are for!!!! Do whats right in your best interests. Go take a look at them and see how you feel!!!

Personally i hate fake flowers...Maybe look at different florists for a lower price..I believe in trying to save but i wouldn't go the fake flwer route

Personally, if my hall provided nice flowers for free, I would definately be using them. Why spend the money, use what you save to treat you and your FI to something you wouldnt have spent money on. JMO
